Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-04-29

These terms govern your use of primarysourced.com and its sub-sites (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the content

The Site publishes long-form research notes about publicly traded companies. Content is aggregated and synthesized from publicly available primary sources — including SEC filings, company press releases, conference presentations, patent records, and other public disclosures. The Site does not conduct original primary research, financial audits, due-diligence investigations, or independent verification of facts asserted by source documents.

Where the Site presents an analytical conclusion (a thesis, a falsifier, a confidence flag), that conclusion is the operator's reasonable interpretation of the assembled sources at a point in time. It is not a statement of fact about the future, nor a guarantee that the underlying source material is itself accurate.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on this Site is investment advice. The Site is not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction. No content on the Site constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or refrain from transacting in any security, derivative, or other financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Before acting on anything you read here, consult a qualified financial advisor licensed in your jurisdiction and verify all material claims against the underlying primary sources independently.

3. No warranty — accuracy, completeness, timeliness

Despite a stated discipline of sourcing every load-bearing claim, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Site may contain errors, omissions, transcription mistakes, outdated information, broken links, or inferences that turn out to be wrong. Source documents themselves may contain errors or be subsequently corrected, restated, or superseded. The Site assumes no obligation to update content after publication, although corrections are integrated when identified. Readers should treat any specific claim as a starting point for verification, not as a final answer.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site, its operator, contributors, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory. If applicable law does not permit certain limitations, those limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

5. Forward-looking statements

Content frequently discusses forward-looking topics — projections, theses, catalyst calendars, scenario analyses, and probability-weighted outcomes. Forward-looking statements involve significant risks and uncertainties that may cause actual outcomes to differ materially. Past performance of any company, security, sector, or analytical framework discussed on the Site is not indicative of future results.

6. Author positions and conflicts

The operator may hold long, short, options, or other positions in securities discussed on the Site. Specific position disclosures, where present, appear on each company's KB. Position status can change without notice and disclosed positions may be out of date by the time you read this. Treat any disclosure as a conflict-of-interest signal, not as guidance about whether the position is being maintained.

7. Third-party links and quoted content

The Site links to and quotes from third-party sources. The Site is not responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of third-party material. Inclusion of a link or quotation does not imply endorsement.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission; (b) use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any party; (c) attempt to circumvent technical access controls or bombard the Site with automated requests; (d) misrepresent content from the Site as the work of any third party.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Belgium.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms, or requests for correction of factual errors, should be sent through the contact form. The contact form is the only contact channel.
